The two fast casual restaurants, under one roof, each have a unique menu and atmosphere with the economy of a shared kitchen and bar service, per the programming request of the owner. The Lexington location of Street Craves is a prototype for a future franchise restaurant concept. The eclectic interior is warm and inviting, using natural materials such as reclaimed barn wood, exposed brick and decorative birch tree limbs. Vintage-inspired, specialty lighting and custom street signage are used throughout the space, providing an extra level of detail that supports the overall Street Craves theme. The custom bar tap and medallion numbering system allows for display and ease of dispensing a variety of craft beers that rotate on a regular basis. A garage door allows for the dining room to open to a double patio and outdoor lounge area equipped with a gas fireplace.

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers, an established franchise in Michigan, makes its debut in Lexington with a unique flair while still staying true to the original branding image - using corrugated metal, painted existing brick and the services of a local Lexington street artist to enhance the energetic atmosphere. Oversized, contemporary light fixtures were used to add scale and interest.
